# Contacting support

> How to reach SynapsAI Cloud support and what information to include

Email [support@synapsai.cloud](mailto:support@synapsai.cloud) for help with SynapsAI Cloud.

Before contacting support:

1. Check [Troubleshooting](/support/troubleshooting) for your error message.
2. Review the model **Logs** tab in the dashboard.
3. Confirm there is no active incident on [status.synapsai.cloud](https://status.synapsai.cloud).

## What to include

### Model ID (if relevant)

The exact model ID involved. List multiple IDs if several models are affected.

### Account email

The email associated with your SynapsAI Cloud account. If you send from a different address, mention this explicitly.

### Description of the issue

What happened, when it happened, and the steps that led to the problem. Be specific enough that we can reproduce the behavior.

### Expected result

What you expected to happen. This helps distinguish functional, performance, and configuration issues.

### Logs, traces, or errors

Attach stack traces, API error responses, timestamps, or relevant logs. Partial traces are useful.

### Permission to test with your model

If you allow us to load your model with dummy data for troubleshooting, state this clearly. It speeds up diagnosis for performance or inference issues.
