Last updated: June 25, 2026 This Cookie Policy explains how synapsai.cloud (our public marketing website) uses cookies and similar browser storage. It supplements our Privacy Policy. This policy applies to the main marketing site. It does not cover the SynapsAI Cloud platform, API, or authenticated dashboard, except where you visit the marketing site itself. Cookies and analytics described here never receive your API inference data, prompts, or model outputs. Essential cookies used on separate entry points (for example, login sessions on login.synapsai.cloud) are governed by those pages and are not controlled by the marketing-site cookie banner.

1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism that can persist key-value data on your device. We use both on the marketing site to remember your cookie consent choice and, if you accept, to support website analytics.

2. Cookies and Storage We Use

How consent works On your first visit, both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are initialized with consent denied. No analytics cookies are set and no session recording occurs until you click Accept. Your choice is stored in synapsai-cookie-consent (local storage). On return visits, we apply your saved preference automatically. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, we do not enable Google Analytics storage cookies or Microsoft Clarity recording. We use Google Consent Mode v2 so analytics_storage and ad_storage remain denied until you consent.

3. Analytics Providers

Google Analytics

When you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2MTV9WDCRQ) to understand aggregated website usage. Google processes this data on our behalf and may also process it as an independent controller for certain purposes.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity (project ID xcmetdaiuc) on synapsai.cloud to understand how visitors use our marketing website through session recordings, heatmaps, and aggregated behavioral insights. The Clarity tag loads when you visit the site, but analytics storage and recording remain disabled until you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, Clarity does not store analytics cookies or record your session. When you accept, Clarity may collect:
  • Pages visited and navigation paths
  • Clicks, scrolls, and mouse movements (for heatmaps and replays)
  • Device type, browser, screen resolution, and approximate region
  • Referral source and session duration
Clarity does not intentionally collect passwords or payment fields; sensitive fields are masked by default. Session data is processed by Microsoft on our behalf. You can withdraw consent or reset your choice by:
  • Clearing site data (cookies and local storage) for synapsai.cloud in your browser settings
  • Using your browser’s controls to block or delete cookies
  • Contacting us at [email protected]
After clearing site data, the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit so you can make a new choice. We do not currently offer an in-page control to reopen the banner without clearing site data. Withdrawing consent stops new Google Analytics cookies and new Clarity recordings. Existing Clarity session data already sent before withdrawal may be retained by Microsoft per their retention policies. For visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK, we rely on consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies. The synapsai-cookie-consent preference is stored based on our legitimate interest in remembering your choice so we do not repeatedly prompt you.

6. International Transfers

If you consent to analytics, Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Both providers use applicable transfer safeguards, as described in their privacy documentation and our Privacy Policy.
