SynapsAI Cloud uses a credit system. Credits are equivalent to US dollars and pay for compute, storage, and inference. Credits are valid indefinitely but are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. For how compute and storage are priced, see Core concepts.

Purchasing credits

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Purchase Credits.
  3. Complete checkout on the Stripe payment page.

Transaction history

The Billing page shows all successful credit purchases.

Auto-pay

Auto-pay adds credits automatically when your balance drops below a threshold, preventing interruptions to running deployments.

Configure thresholds

On the Billing page, set:
  • When balance is below — triggers auto-pay
  • Recharge with — credits added per recharge

Set up a payment method

Click Setup Auto-pay and complete payment setup on Stripe.

Confirm

Auto-pay runs automatically when your balance falls below the threshold.

The Billing page lists invoices for auto-pay transactions.

Cost monitoring

Track per-model spend on each model’s Analytics tab. Combine this with optimizing costs strategies — readiness level, quantization, and autoscaling — to control spend.

Starter credits

New accounts receive starter credits to explore the platform. Check your balance on the Billing page before deploying large models.
