Add credits

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Add credits.
  3. Complete Stripe checkout.
Starter credits appear on new accounts so you can launch a first model.

Automatic top-up

When the balance falls below a threshold, SynapsAI charges the saved method for a recharge amount.
  • Threshold 0 means refill when empty.
  • After three declined charges, automatic top-up turns off until you fix the method and turn it on again.
Set the threshold and amount on Billing, then complete payment setup on Stripe.
